Mia has been teaching pilates since 2003, in both private and group settings. She is on a mission to improve the movement, strength and well being of her clients through core exercise. Her classes are fun and challenging, the work subtle and profound. She is adept at modifying for any challenge, and is constantly adding new props and techniques to her repertoire. She keeps her class size small to ensure individual focus and attention.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT MIA...
Mia is a superwoman. She effortlessly balances her home and 3 children, her busy pilates practice and keeps herself in top physical form, all with an easy smile. She has overcome her innate shyness, and can now instruct her clients on how to engage their 'pee-pee muscles' and 'lady parts' without giggling too much. These are important muscles after all! She is smart (the most educated pilates instructor you'll ever have!), warm and funny, and truly welcomes everyone into her class.
